Book a pilot. Hand Alvin real work.

Tell us about your business. We’ll set up a short call, then set up your vault and limits with you.

What happens next

  1. 01
    A 30-minute call

We look at your apps, your week, and the work you’d hand off first.

  2. 02
Vault and limits, set up with you

You add logins to your vault and choose what each one can do. Then we set approval limits for you and your team.

  3. 03
Real work for a few weeks

Ask in the app, forward the emails, and read the receipts. Then decide.

Questions? Use this form. It’s also how to reach us about anything else, pilot or not. Send your details and we’ll get back to you.

Want to look around first? Try the Alvin demo. It runs on a sample company with test data, and nothing you do there is sent anywhere.

Before you ask

What do I need for the pilot?

Logins for the apps you want Alvin to work in, and a short list of the work you’d hand off first. We set up the vault together on the call.

Will Alvin do anything without asking?

Only what your limits allow. Anything that spends money waits for your approval by default, and every action has a receipt.

Which apps does Alvin work with?

QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Gmail and Outlook, Google Business Profile, CompanyCam, and supply houses like Ferguson, Johnstone, SRS and ABC Supply. If yours isn’t listed, ask. Alvin can often work it by logging in like you would.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $99 a month plus usage. See pricing. We go over pilot terms on the first call.

What happens to the details I send?

We use them only to contact you about a pilot. The privacy policy lists exactly what this form stores.
