The personal assistant for home services
Ask Alvin in the app, or forward an email. Alvin does it across every app you already use, from QuickBooks to your CRM to the supply house. Anything that spends money waits for your tap.
What should Alvin do next?
Bump QuickBooks Smith’s invoice to the HDZ price and mark the job sold in JobNimbus.
Your CRM has an assistant. So does QuickBooks. Each one stays inside its own walls. A real request is never one app. Each app’s AI handles its own app. Alvin handles the request.
Smith approved the upgrade. Bump his invoice to the HDZ price, mark it sold in JobNimbus, add his photos to the website gallery, ask for a review once he pays.
On it. That’s four apps. Pulling the HDZ price from SRS first.
Done, except one thing for you:
Sent to Dave at 9:14. Receipts are in your log.

Type it in the Alvin app the way you’d tell your office manager, or forward the email that started it. Add a voice note from the attic, a photo, or a PDF.
02
Alvin works out which apps it touches and what has to happen first, using the direct connection where an app has one. You see every step as it happens.
03
Supply houses rarely have one, so the login happens on Alvin’s own computer with your vault, like you would. Watch along, or hit stop anytime.

Money waits for you. Tap approve in the app, or from the email we send you. Then turn the task into a schedule, a watcher, or a saved routine so it runs on its own next time.
Mrs. Garcia’s AC is down. Get a 45/5 capacitor from Johnstone for pickup, put her on Luis’s 2pm in ServiceTitan, and renew her maintenance plan.
On it. Her history first, then the part, the schedule and the plan. The order waits for you.
Johnstone has no API, so I’m using my browser. Watch along, stop me, or approve right here.
Done. Here’s the rundown:
A supplier quote, an adjuster’s letter, a customer asking about Tuesday. Forward it from your own address, add a line on top if you like, and it shows up in the app as a task, attachments included.

Order this for the Garcia job Thursday. Pickup at Main St is fine.
50-gal gas water heater, expansion tank and flex lines. Quote total $1,486.00, good for 7 days.
The paperwork changes from trade to trade. The problem doesn’t: too many apps and not enough hours.
Invoice upgrades, supplier orders from measurement reports, and depreciation checks.

JobberGoogleOutlookAlvin works in your actual QuickBooks, CRM and supplier accounts, so control is part of the design. These aren’t settings you have to find.
Each login is filled in at the moment of sign-in. Alvin never sees the password, and it never lands in logs, notes or receipts.
Stored credentials are encrypted. Card numbers are never kept in Alvin’s memory or notes.
You choose what each login can do: read, draft or submit. Remove a login and Alvin’s access ends with it.
Owner, office, dispatcher, tech, bookkeeper. Each role has its own permissions and approval limits, set by the owner.
Purchases, invoices, refunds, price changes and permit fees wait for a person. No rule means Alvin asks.
Who asked, who approved, what changed. Receipts can’t be edited or deleted, and nobody can turn the log off.
Money moves only through your own accounts. We never take custody of it.
Every purchase, invoice and payment is yours, on your accounts, under your rules.
Want to see how your logins and approvals would be set up? We walk through it on the pilot call. How security works
Alvin logs in with the credentials you put in your vault and acts on your accounts, but never holds or moves money alone.
Security in depthPasswords are filled in at the moment of login, straight from the vault. Alvin never sees them, and never keeps card numbers in notes.
By default, every money action asks first. Approve in the app, or from the email we send you. You can raise limits per action type. Nobody can turn off the log.
| Action | Owner | Office | Tech |
|---|---|---|---|
| Send invoice | any | $25,000 | asks owner |
| Parts order | any | $10,000 | $500 |
| Price change | any | $2,000 | asks owner |
| Refund | any | asks owner | asks owner |
Every action is logged with what changed, where, when and who approved it, with screenshots of the screens Alvin touched.

Alvin remembers customers, jobs, prices, suppliers, adjusters and inspectors, who pays late and how you like things said. You can see and edit all of it.
Nothing matches. Ask Alvin in the app instead.
What do you know about Henderson?
Mrs. Henderson, 412 Oak St. Hail claim with adjuster Tom Reyes. Her $2,500 deductible is paid. The depreciation check hasn’t come in yet. Want me to email Tom for a status?
Yes. And call her, don’t text.
Drafted the email to Tom. I’ll put her call on your list for 5:30. Noted: she prefers calls.
Ask “what do you know about…” for any customer, job, supplier or inspector. Wrong fact? Edit it, or tell Alvin to forget it.
In a new portal, Alvin figures out the screens the first time, then saves them as a routine. Next time it just runs.
See a routine get madeOvernight Alvin works the list nobody gets to. By 6am, a briefing is waiting in the app and in your inbox.

| Option | Cost | The catch | With Alvin |
|---|---|---|---|
| Doing it yourself | Your evenings | Four apps and two logins at 10pm | Ask from the job in 10 seconds, or forward the email |
| Offshore VA | ~$1,600/mo | Time zones, turnover, no record of what changed | Works 24/7, never forgets, every action has a receipt |
| Office manager | $45-60k/yr + turnover | Hard to hire, hard to scale for the busy season | Same work from $99/mo + usage, scales with the season |
| Each app’s built-in AI | “Free” | Stays inside its own app | Does the whole request, across apps |
| General chatbots | $20-200/mo | Don’t know your trade, forget your business, built for one person | Knows your trade, remembers your business, built for a team |

A simple task. Update a job, answer a question, draft a reply.
A portal or estimate task. Supplier orders, warranty registrations, invoice rebuilds.
Per credit on Standard, $0.75 on Pro. Paid data like measurement reports passes through at cost plus 10-20%, after you approve it.
You are the account holder, buyer and merchant of record for every purchase, invoice and payment. Alvin acts for you, on your accounts, under rules you set.
Money actions wait for your approval by default. We never take custody of funds. What we stand behind: an accurate log of every action, undo where the app allows it, and fast human support when something looks wrong.
You add each login to your vault once and choose what it can do: read, draft, or submit. Passwords are filled in at the moment of login and are never shown to Alvin. Two-factor codes go to the person you pick for each login.
Remove a login any time and Alvin’s access ends with it.
Every action is logged with before and after values and a screenshot, so you can see exactly what changed. Alvin undoes it where the app allows, and a real person on our team helps fix the rest.
Anything involving money waits for you, so the costly mistakes need your tap first.
Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping and pest control to start. Apps include QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Google Business Profile, Gmail and Outlook, CompanyCam, and supply houses like Ferguson, Johnstone, SRS and ABC Supply. If your app isn’t listed, ask. Alvin can often work it by logging in like you would.
No. Keep ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber or your CRM. Alvin works inside the apps you already use, and your data stays there. You get a back office, not another app to learn.
In the Alvin app, on your phone or computer. Everyone on your team gets their own login, and every request becomes a task you can follow. Voice notes, photos and PDFs all work.
Or forward Alvin any email from your own address. It shows up in the app as a task, with the attachments. Texting and voice come later.
We set up your vault and connections with you, then you hand Alvin real work for a few weeks.
We’ll be in touch to set up your pilot call.
