How usage works. Simple tasks cost one credit.
You pay for each task Alvin completes, in task credits. A quick update costs one. Work in a supplier portal or on an estimate costs five, because Alvin is doing more of it.
A simple task. Update a job, answer a question, draft a reply, send a reminder.
Example: mark the Smith job SoldA portal or estimate task. Supplier orders, warranty registrations, permit portals, invoice rebuilds.

Paid data at cost plus 10-20%
Some tasks need data that costs money, like an EagleView or Hover measurement report. Alvin orders it on your approval and passes it through at cost plus 10-20%.

For supplement follow-up and collections, some shops would rather pay when the money comes in. If you choose that, the fee is 3-5% of what’s recovered. Nothing changes about what needs your approval.

What counts as a task?
One request can be a few tasks. Marking the Smith job Sold is one simple task, 1 credit. Building a supplier order from a quote is a portal task, 5 credits. You can see what each task used in the app.
How is usage billed?
Each month you pay your plan price plus the credits Alvin used. Standard is $1.00 per credit, Pro is $0.75, and Enterprise gets volume pricing. You only pay for tasks Alvin completes.
Is there a minimum?
The plan price is the only fixed part: $99 a month on Standard, $299 on Pro. There’s no usage minimum, so a quiet month costs less.
What if I have a busy month?
Usage goes up with the work, at the same per-credit rate. There’s no overage penalty and no allowance to run out of. If you use more than about 800 credits most months, Pro’s lower rate usually costs less than Standard.
Do I still pay for my own software?
Yes. You keep your QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, Jobber or CRM subscription. Alvin works in the accounts you already have.
When a task needs paid data, like a measurement report, it passes through at cost plus 10-20%, and only after you approve it.
Does Alvin ever hold my money?
No. Alvin never holds or moves money alone. Payments go through your own accounts, and anything that spends money waits for your approval unless your limits say otherwise.
Is the success fee required?
No. It’s an optional add-on for supplement follow-up and collections, 3-5% of what’s recovered. Plans and usage work the same without it.

We go over pilot terms on the first call, before you add a single login.
Which plan should I start with?
If you’re an owner-operator doing your own office work, Standard. Once you have a team, or someone lives in supplier portals, Pro. More than one location, Enterprise.
